Wanting to not be at school while at school
When I go to school, I usually go with the intention to attend class and perhaps a team meeting or two. Usually, my goal is to get as much work done in as short a time as possible so that I can go home.
But then there are times when I’m at school solely to do work, when it’s time to “git down to bidness”. How can you tell if this is happening? If I’ve brought my mouse to school. Seriously, that’s the differentiator. If you see me without a mouse, that’s my way of saying, “I want to get out of here as soon as possible, even though I may gave off appearances to the contrary, and I didn’t bring my mouse because it wasn’t worth putting in my bag since I don’t envision me needing it for too long while at school.”
