Pop culture icons - similar yet different
There are now various ways for people share their thoughts through the pop culture institutions that are social networking sites, and I’m a part of a few of them: Facebook, Twitter, and this blog. Yet despite the similarities between these different forums, I know instantly when I have a thought that I want to post whether it should be done via the blog, a Facebook status update, or a 140 character Twitter post. I find the fact that I’ve differentiated between the three fascinating.
